Made with durum wheat semolina flour and eggs, we use a new cold system during production that provides numerous quality advantages, avoiding any mechanical stress during dough kneading. This ensures the integrity of the starch, guaranteeing greater digestibility of the product.
The production process of our pasta respects traditional preparation methods while incorporating ultra-modern systems and technologies.
Milo Pasta has a unique flavor and texture typical of Italian pasta, ensuring that when cooked, the result is “al dente.”
This method produces pasta with a lighter colour and a firmer surface.
