Solo Itália has maintained its position as market leader for the production of traditional Italian desserts since 1991.
Our desserts are internationally acclaimed. Their unique taste is achieved through rigorous criteria in ingredient selection, which allows us to enforce quality control for export to many European countries.
We produce the best tiramisu, profiteroles, panna cotta and tartufo – among many other traditional Italian recipes – to please the most demanding palates.
Our factory is located in Ossona, Milan, with a production line consisting of the latest automated machinery. Our oven measures 140 metres, making it one of the biggest in Europe.
